Chondromatosis elbow joint

Pinching in the affected joint (elbow joint, knee joint or, more rarely, hip joint) and even joint blockages.

Chondromatosis is a benign change in the joint mucosa. In the case of chondromatosis, the synovial membrane produces cartilaginous cells that form into free joint bodies.

Arthroscopic or open removal of the joint bodies and surgical removal of the altered mucous membrane (synovialectomy).
